"It is my pleasure to be writing this letter to tell you what a remarkable job Louis Critelli did in helping to sell my parent's home in Tinton Falls. As you are well aware, selling a home usually comes with its fair amount of problems. However, the sale of my parent's house had multiple problems. Since both of my parents are extremely ill and live a great distance from the property, this transcation required that all the issues arising from this home sale be handled long distance, by a third party, namely Louis Critelli. This is where Louis was Outstanding!

My parents' house required numerous repairs and infinite renovation details that had to be amde in order to satisfy an extremely long punch list created by the home inspection report. Since I was not familiar with either the house, (it was a rental property), or the vendors in the Tinton Falls area to call upon, I had to rely completely on the integrity and credibility of each decision Louis made. Louis took it upon himself to hire a plumber, an electrician, an exterminator, a pool service expert, a window installer and a carpenter. He made sure that each vendor was escorted to the home and supervised while the work was being performed. Louis also took the initiative to pay for each of the repairs out of his own checking account because each vendor insisted on being paid C.O.D.. Lastly, Louis personally supervised the final home clean up and made sure the house was completely empty of the remaining debris. This attention to detail allowed for a timely closing and a completely satisfied new home owner.

When I think of all that was accomplished for this house to sell in 60 days, I am truly amazed. We encountered numerous dilemmas, however Louis never once refused to help me. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. I am sorry that I never had the opportunity to meet him in person.
